  • How do I maintain my hair?
    It is adviced to co-wash the hair before installing it.
    Co-washing is a way to clean your hair without the use of shampoo. Make sure you are using a moisturizing conditioner and not a protein conditioner.
    1. Shampoo every 7 to 14 days.
    2. Condition Your Hair.
    3. Thoroughly Dry Your Hair.
    4. Sleep With a Satin Scarf and/or Pillow.
    5. Braid Your Hair At Night (Easy way to keep your curly or wavy weave).
    6. Avoid to much heat.
    7. Moisturize Your Leave Out.
  • What does 12a grade hair means?

    Hair is fuller from root of weft to the ends, making the hair fuller, richer, natural, creating better quality.

  • What’s the difference between virging hair and top raw hair?

    Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that is collected from one donor. It has never been chemically processed or had any heat applied to it.

    Raw hair comes in its natural state unlike virgin hair. This is the highest quality on the market. Raw hair is very natural looking and blends very well with your own hair. The bundles are fuller and can last up to 5 years with proper care.

    Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair, which is collected from a single donor. The virgin hair has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or harsh washes. All the cuticles are intact and moving in the same direction

  • Can i dye my extensions?

    Raw hair can be dyed or bleached up to 613 color

  • Can i cancel my order?

    Once the order has been placed you can not cancel your order.

  • Can i return my order?
    The hair packed in sealed see-through packs should be returned with the sealed pack intact and unused. The sealed packs or seals which hold the product together are there for hygiene reasons.
    Returned payment fees will be at your own account.
